What is your booking timeframe?

We do our best to get you booked in asap! Depending on the season that could be the same day or sometimes up to 2-3 weeks time in peak season – for our clients that are in our regular booking system they take first priority and will always have their jobs booked first followed by first time/ one-off bookings.

Do you have an hourly rate?

We don’t charge an hourly rate purely because we don’t like seeing trades offer a really cheap rate and then take far too long to do the job, costing you more money in the end! We will provide a quote to complete your job and if it takes us longer that is our problem, you have peace of mind knowing that your job will be completed for the agreed price!

Can you cut my grass when its raining?

If it’s just a sprinkle its no trouble but if it’s pouring with rain or your property doesn’t drain well, we won’t mow in the rain as it won’t leave the quality finish that we pride ourselves in leaving our customers with. We will however reschedule your job for the earliest possible time once the rain has stopped!

Do I need to be home?

Customers often ask if they need to be home – the short answer is No – if we can access your property without you being home and you don’t keep a dinosaur in the background that will swallow us whole then there is no need to be home and we can send you an invoice on completion.

How do I pay?

Cash on site however we prefer online bank transfer or we have the option for clients to sign up to Integrapay for direct debit, or by cheque (this will incur a post and processing fee).
